Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product missing from the package

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by logistics partners beyond our control
